If your personal situation changes and the data you entered in the first questionnaire becomes incorrect, you can modify it in the My Account section.

Each invitation to participate in an ILRES MyPanel survey will be sent via email. This email includes a unique link intended for you personally. To access the questionnaire, simply click on the link.

At the end of each survey, a completion screen will appear informing you that your answers have been validated. Remember to click OK on the last screen of the survey to access the validation screen.

Each completed survey entitles you to a reward. This reward is expressed in Euros and depends on the length of the survey. At the end of each survey, this amount of money will be paid into your ILRES MyPanel account. You can request this amount to be paid into the bank account of your choice or to a charity account at any time.

The time required to complete a questionnaire depends on its length. You will find the approximate time required to complete the questionnaire on the questionnaire's introduction screen.

There are two possible scenarios:

• You have just completed the questionnaire: in this case, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for your winnings to be credited to your account;
• You completed the questionnaire some time ago: in this case, make sure you have validated your answers by clicking OK on the last screen
